You can pay thousands of essential bills that use BPAY, including electricity, gas, water, phone, internet, insurance, school fees, childcare, rent, home repairs, moving costs, tax, medical bills, and more. We don’t pay for optional or non-essential services like credit cards, debt collection, investments, retail shopping, recreation, gambling, or adult services. Your bill must have a BPAY Biller Code and Customer Reference Number for us to process it.
For individuals: You can buy vouchers through Prezzee, Card.Gift, afterpay or Bitrefill.
For businesses or charities: Purchase directly from Bill Fairies. Sign up at billfairies.com.au or email us at info@billfairies.com.au.

No, bills are paid online through the Bill Fairies website. You’ll need to log in to your account.

If the biller code isn’t registered and it’s not for a restricted service (like credit cards or financial contributions), you can request that we add it. Click ‘Biller Code not working?’ on the Pay a Bill page or email us at info@billfairies.com.au. We’ll review the biller and add it if it’s eligible.

No, our system only works with BPAY. We can’t process other payment types.
We process bills at 6 pm on business days. Once your bill is paid, you’ll get an email confirmation. Some payments clear instantly, while others may take a few days—just like BPAY from your bank.

A 6% service fee applies when you buy a voucher. This fee is paid by the purchaser at the time of purchase. The remaining amount is available in your Bill Fairies account to pay bills.

Yes, if BPAY is available. Some states don’t allow part payments, so you’ll need to pay the full amount in one go.
